Roy Rand is a life-long artist from the Pacific Northwest. In following the legacy of both his mother Trese Rand’s and grandfather Ted Rand’s illustration work, Roy went on to pursue a fine arts degree at Washington State University. Roy has always been fascinated with science fiction, anatomy, and graphic art, which inspired his work. Roy’s motifs of skulls, sci-fi power suits, plants, PNW landscapes, and more have been on display in a variety of venues, fairs, and events. The illustrator currently works both as an art teacher and freelance artist in the Puget Sound area.
When Roy isn’t hunched over his desk, he can be found hiking, hanging out on the family farm, or playing board games with friends. Find out more about me here
